Happy Haunted Humpday...Spooky Skeleton Wand Giveaway!

                                                             

Happy Haunted HumpDay and Welcome October! Don't you just love this time of year? I know I do, it's my absolute favorite. The falling leaves, the brilliant color, the cool nights and longer days all make me feel like I've come home. This week for HHHD hosted by Marfi of Incipient Wings, I made a Skeleton Wand fit for a little Witch or maybe a Goblin King...I used a plastic wand with a skeleton head I got at Michaels and altered it with resin clay, acrylic paints, crackle glaze and a little bling! (the colors of the wand are deeper and richer than you see in the pic) If you would like to enter my giveaway to win this Spooky Skeleton Wand, please leave a comment on this post, and I will announce the winner next week, Wednesday Oct. 9!

Happy Weekend and Happy Paint Party Friday! I have been busy making the Altered Pez Dispenser Totems and I guess you could say I am obsessed with them. So much fun to make! I think my style has come a long way since the first one I made, the green guy in the middle (Little Jack) and I have plans to make many more. I am considering opening an etsy shop and selling them, thank you to everyone who has asked if they are for sale!

Annual DeStash My Stuff GIVEAWAY....UPDATED!!

It's that time of year again where I clean out my closets, my cupboards, boxes and shelves to make room for a new chapter in my art life! I am currently no longer doing design team work so need to clean out the supplies that I have accumulated to make room for what's coming next...what is that you ask? I have NO idea but I know if I make room, my Muse will show up. I will be giving away art I've made for the design teams, art supplies, ephemera, fiber, books and lots of other assorted stuff. Nice items but no longer part of my art life!
