I would like to introduce everyone to my new 'baby'...Buffy! She's an 9 week old Rottweiler puppy, isn't she a cutie!? To help mend my broken heart now that I'm a brand new empty nester we decided it was time to get a puppy. It's alot of work right now but she's a real cutie, very smart and very sweet. She and Bear are getting along great and he is enjoying having another dog in the house, I think they are going to be great companions. This weekend we'll introduce her to the horses. Nothing like a puppy to make you feel very old ....lol....oh, I mean young! ;]
p.s. And yes, she's named after my fav TV show, Buffy the Vampire Slayer!

Oh, Kim....a baby Rottweiler....I've had Rottweilers for years. They are very smart and easy to train but you will do a lot of running for awhile! LOL! I'm on my last Rott as I'm getting too old to chase the puppies to train to stay in the yard. Serenity (Nitty) is the one I have now and she's about 7 and such a great dog. People think I have an electric fence because she's so good about staying in her yard. Buffy is so cute...I love the little ones and look at those big paws! LOL!
She'll grow out of that bed fast I bet! Congratulations!
Buffy is adorable Kim!I hope she enjoys dressing for the holidays as much as Bear! The nest just got a tad bit emptier......
