Annual DeStash My Stuff GIVEAWAY....UPDATED!!

It's that time of year again where I clean out my closets, my cupboards, boxes and shelves to make room for a new chapter in my art life! I am currently no longer doing design team work so need to clean out the supplies that I have accumulated to make room for what's coming next...what is that you ask? I have NO idea but I know if I make room, my Muse will show up. I will be giving away art I've made for the design teams, art supplies, ephemera, fiber, books and lots of other assorted stuff. Nice items but no longer part of my art life!
If you are interested in signing up for the giveaway, I need you to do a couple of things:
1. Become a follower of my blog.
2. Share the above image with link about my giveaway on your blog (don't have a blog? Post on FB or Pinterest, or tell a friend!).
3. Leave me a comment on this post by Thursday, May 16th with your name, a way to contact you if you are the winner, and tell me what you love about mixed media art.
Easy Peasy! I'll announce the winner on Friday, May 17th, using Random.org.
Good luck and hope you'll play! .....

And the winner is......Suzy of SunshineandLollipops!! Suzy please email me with your address and I'll send out your box of stuff asap. Thanks so much to everyone who played! xo

Gosh, I'm doing the same! It's not even Spring here..hehe. I feel like you too.I have let go of hobbies/crafts I won't be doing any more, and making way for something new. It's always a bit unsettling doing this isn't it.

Wow,I know how you feel. Sometimes, stuff feels like it is clogging my arteries. I have a friend who has a limited income so I box stuff up to her and send it on. She trades ATCs so even small bits she uses (or includes in with her trades for others to use). At any rate, what a cool idea you had!! I put the image and link on my blog as you asked. What do I like about mixed media art? Endless possibilities would be my short answer. It suits my nature - I love to experiment. It takes limits off of my creativity. I can, to a certain, extent, go in a new direction, add, subtract in ways you can't when working in one medium. Mostly, it gives me a way to work that piece of glittery or rusty something (or broken or feathery somethings) I found lying on the ground into a piece of art. Mixed Media art sparks something creatively in me.

How fun! I am just getting into mixed media art and love the freedom of creating. I have just started collecting ephemera and am in the process of making my first ATC for a swap! It's not the style I am wanting to get into but it's my first one and was actually kind of hard being so small. I have shared your giveaway in my side bar of my blog!

I love when you clean Kim...lol! Wish it would inspire me to do the same. It's always on my project list but never seems to make it to the top.(Could it have anything to do with that little bit of hoarder in me?)
Mixed media art is the best..just allows you to explore..and reuse..and be quirky.
Thanks for the chance. xoxo

Sounds like a great giveaway! I enjoy mixed media because it allows you to add a little of this and a little of that into your art...and I especially love the different textures and little tiny details that seem insignificant, but catch the eye.
Thanks for sharing your stash :)

You are so good about destashing Kim. Wish I could say the same. I start...end up with a big ol' mess...shove it all "somewhere" until I can face it again. And REPEAT. So I'm NOT entering the giveaway but will "share" on FB for sure. Some one will be quite the lucky recipient no doubt. Good luck to y'all.

I'm feeling the call to purge and FOCUS on what I really dig and not feel so inclined to test all the mixed media waters out there. Focus and find my niche. Looking forward to seeing what YOUR new chapter holds. ♥

Thank you KIm for stopping by and leaving comment love! I'm following now, and will share your link on my blog for your fab give-away. I'm pretty new to mixed media, still learning how to put things together, even though I've been collecting misc. items for years unknowing what to do with them. I love that mixed media lets you use all the little tidbits of everyday life that most people throw away. Thank you for a change to be included in your give-away! Happy PPF!
